Although the ultimate goals is to pass the Eurotest, JJC training will give you a tast of what life is like as a ski racer. The training camps will be both challenging and rewarding. The more you put into the camp, the more you will get out of it. Ski racing is physically demanding and to pass the Eurotest, you need to be in good physical condition. Turn up ready to train hard!!! Training on snow will be varied both in and out of the gates and drill courses which will focus on technical skill development along with learning how to be fast. Ski racing is not rocket science and some candidates can get caught out thinking too much and concentrating on technique. We will address tactical, psychological, physical, environmental and equipment factors - not just the technical. Everyone on the course will be working together as a team to support each other on and off the snow. However training will be designed for individual focus and development. We will advise candidates when to take the Eurotest and set realistic goals based around the time compared with the openers.
